We are hiring stenographers who have graduated from court reporting school and have reached their 225 words-per-minute speed who are ready to begin a career in the legal arena.

At Accurate Reporting and Transcription Services you will receive training on how to become a digital reporter. The training course takes approximately three months and you will be assured a position with our firm upon successful completion of the class. You will be skilled to go out into the legal field and work hand-in-hand with attorneys, reporting their depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, conferences and board meetings.

OUR STAFF

Our reporting staff is comprised of highly qualified court reporters and digital reporters experienced in complex and technical litigation.

We have a dedicated staff to serve you. Our office staff is highly experienced in complex litigation. They are service and detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational and prioritizing skills. Our staff is available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm. Also, for your convienience we understand about last minute crunches of any legal assignment and can be reached after business hours, via our telephone message system. We are at your disposal at all times - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In addition, we have a staff of transcriptionists who deal with transcribing audio CD’s, DVD’s, cassette tapes, conversion of audio files, language translation, CourtSmart, FTR programs and more in order to produce a verbatim transcript for our clients.
